Chesapeake Bay Foundation scientists and science communicators will develop educational installations and signage related to its Oyster Gardening program, proposed for integration with the park’s new pier. Wayside panels will provide interpretation about the biodiversity of the Chesapeake Bay with special focus on oysters and the role of the community oyster gardening. The waysides will be sited near the Oyster Gardening equipment or at the environmental education pavilion near the proposed kayak launch.
